Wuzhou Sun Shine Forestry & Chemicals Co., Ltd., of Guangxi (WSSFC) is a state-owned enterprise under Guangzhou industrial investment holdings group Ltd. (GIIHG), with paid up capital as RMB 70 million. It was previously known as Cangwu County Rosin Plant, which was built in 1985. During December 1997 ~ March 2021, it was a Hong Kong investment and state-owned joint venture.

WSSFC is the major manufacturer of rosin resin series products in China. Since 2009, WSSFC has been honored as a National High & New Technology Enterprises, Key leading enterprise of Chinese forestry industry, the Vice Chairman Unit of China National Forest Products Industry Association Rosin Branch, the Vice President Unit of China Chamber of Commerce of Import/export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products Forest Chemical Products Branch, the Vice Chairman Unit of China Rosin & Turpentine Deep Processing Industry Committee.

WSSFC has established independent and complete research and development organization, has been honored as Wuzhou Forest Chemical Engineering and Technology Research Center, Guangxi Rosin Resin Engineering and Technology Research Center.

WSSFC is located in the main production area of Pinus massoniana raw gum, has three production plants located in Cangwu county, Taiping of Tengxian County, Cenxi city. The main products and annual capacities of WSSFC are: Gum Rosin 30, 000MT, Turpentine 4, 500MT, Modified rosins and various kinds of rosin esters 30, 000MT, Colorless Hydrogenated Rosin Resins 3, 000MT, Hydrogenated Rosin 10, 000MT, Disproportionated Rosin 10, 000MT, Potassium soap of DPR. 2, 000MT, Water-based Tackifying Emulsion 3, 000MT, Food Grade Ester Gum 8, 000MT etc.

WSSFC has passed certification of ISO9001: 2015 quality system.

WSSFC′s main products take higher market-share in domestic and overseas markets, have a large number of well-known international customers, and are exported to the major overseas markets directly, such as Europe, USA, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia etc.
